In view of the shifts to online modality that affected scheduled onsite examination days, and to provide sufficient time for the proper administration of examinations across the campuses, please be informed of the following revised examination schedules, deadlines for encoding of grades, and Second Semester enrollment schedule:

Special provision for once-a-week classes affected during the Prelim Exam period:

Friday classes: Once-a-week Friday classes that were unable to conduct their onsite Prelim Exam due to the shift to online modality may administer the exam on Friday, September 4, 2026.
Saturdays classes: Once-a-week Saturday classes that were unable to conduct their onsite Prelim Exam may administer the exam on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
The deadline for encoding of Prelim grades remains for these affected once-a-week Friday and Saturday classes shall be September 18 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
