As the operations of the University are still in remote mode and most of the employees are working from home, the University initiated a system for customer support and fulfill customers’ needs in providing them the information to resolve their concerns and to establish service expectations of the faculty, staff, students, parents, and other clients of CEU.
All concerns and queries must be logged to the Help Desk Query Form and your concerns will be directed to the work unit that could address your concerns. There are employees assigned to manage the helpdesks of different work units
